Over the TOP Jalapeno Poppers.

12 Medium size jalapeno peppers

1/4 cream cheese block

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbsp Feta Cheese

2-3 Tbsp Favorite flavor Rustic Tomato™ Chili Sauce

6-7 strips of bacon

1 HOT BBQ grill


Fire Up the Grill!  Combine cream cheese and Rustic Tomato Chili Sauce in small mixing bowl. Mix until smooth then mix in the feta and shredded cheddar.  Wash the jalapeno peppers and cut the stem ends and discard.  Slice each pepper lengthwise in half, core seeds (wear gloves if you need to).   Fill each half of pepper with cheese mix.  Cut each strip of bacon in half.  Wrap each filled pepper with the bacon strip and pin end with a toothpick.

 Grill away about 7 minutes on each side- turn to get the bacon to your favorite crispness.
