Rustic Tomato™ Sweet Heat Chili Sauce
20 Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
1 Apple or Pear
Salt & Pepper
Olive, Avocado or Coconut oil
Orange Juice
Chicken Broth 

Directions:

Heat frying pan on high.  1-2 lb pork loin, brush with favorite oil (avocado, olive, coconut…).  Lightly salt and pepper.  Brown loin on all sides for a nice golden brown.  The next is up to you on cooking- Bake, InstaPot, Slow-cooker, Grill, etc.  We used the slow cooker.  High heat with one cup chicken broth, one cup orange juice until internal temperature reaches 150-155 degrees F (about 2-3 hours).

Heat up a frying pan med-high heat with avocado oil.  Cut cherry tomatoes in half, dice apple/pear into small chunks and add both to pan.  Spoon in one-half cup Rustic Tomato Chili Sauce.  Add a little water or juice from slow cooker (1/4 cup) and saute’

Slice Pork loan and plate, drizzle relish over and garnish as desired or forget the flowery garnish stuff and dig in!

Side options: Autumn variety of red, gold and purple potatoes.  Mashed potatoes. Seasonal carrot varieties.  Fresh green beans.  Seasoned squash.
